WEINIG PowerMat 2400+ ProfiPress T 5500 HF

We offer a fully automated line from the renowned manufacturer WEINIG for gluing and sizing solid wood panels and worktops. The line is designed for efficient industrial production, ensuring high dimensional repeatability and superior surface quality.

The use of the ProfiPress T 5500 HF high-frequency press allows for fast and stable gluing of components, while the integrated panel saw system enables precise cutting both in length and width within a single technological cycle.

The ABB IRB 760 robot (year 2023) is responsible for automating the transport and pick-up of elements, which significantly reduces manual labor and increases the overall process efficiency. The entire system is complemented by roller conveyor storage systems and scissor lifts, ensuring smooth internal logistics.

• Diaphragm vacuum pump for glue extraction from a 1000L IBC container and automatic feed to the glue applicator

The offered device/machine is sold under EXW (PL – 38-120 Czudec) terms according to Incoterms 2020.

The offered machine is part of a fully integrated, industrial micro-dovetail panel production line. Additional machines or entire production lines are also available.
