The DPM AV 2242 is a fully automatic vertical panel saw that allows you to cut your panels automatically with minimal effort using integrated optimization.
All panel cuts are performed automatically by the machine.
For automatic cutting of panels in vertical or horizontal direction, suitable for:

Automatic positioning system
The machine automatically switches between vertical and horizontal positioning through the automatic positioning system and cuts panels according to the optimization plan generated by the machine’s optimization software.
During the entire cutting process, no operator intervention is required.
With the machine’s automatic panel lifting system, the formatting process is completed while the panels remain in the machine.

Automatic cutting with integrated optimization
The automatic cutting program included with the DPM AV enables the operator to enter values into the program, and the sizing process is completed automatically.
The optimization plan is part of the automatic cutting process of the DPM AV and is a standard feature.
Users can optimize cuts for single or multiple panels by entering part lists into the program. The processes are optimized and carried out automatically.

Automatic clamping and lifting system
The servo-controlled automatic lifting system is a key differentiator of the DPM AV. This system enables a single person to handle even the largest panels according to the optimization requirements and cut them to the desired sizes without physical effort or manual intervention required.
Highly precise cutting operations are performed with no friction or physical stress, as the panel lifting system carries the panel weight. The servo-controlled precision stop system allows dimensional accuracy up to 0.1 mm. The pneumatically operated clamping system available with the DPM AV is included as part of the lifting process.

Panel carriage system
High-precision, robust support rollers with double bearings assist the operator and ensure smooth movement of the panel on the machine.
