Verleimstern VS-3000-16

The Verleimstern is designed for edge and face gluing of timber, where the glued joints are air dried. The Verleimstern features a compact footprint and can be modularly expanded to suit both the dimensions of the workpieces and the desired performance output. Furthermore, it is user-friendly for both operation and maintenance.

The glued timber is inserted into clamping units, which are located per tier on an endless chain, and can be quickly and easily adjusted to accommodate different workpiece dimensions.

The Verleimstern is suitable for material thicknesses from 25 to 90 mm. For thinner or thicker materials, additional pressure elements (15–25 mm) must be used. Clamping units can be tightened by hand, via a manually operated hydraulic motor, or via an automatically operated hydraulic motor.
