If payment in full is not received within this period, the seller reserves the right to cancel the purchase contract.
Sale is only to businesses as defined by § 14 German Civil Code (BGB). The machine is sold excluding any warranty for material defects. This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages resulting from material defects which are based on grossly negligent or intentional breaches of duty by the seller or their agents, or injury to life, limb, or health. Any existing claims against third parties due to material defects will be assigned to the buyer. Please understand that I cannot assume any liability for compliance with any safety regulations required by you or generally applicable, concerning the machine and its components sold. Compliance with such safety regulations is solely the responsibility of the final operator.
All contracts concluded by me are exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is agreed to be Mannheim.
