All prices are net, plus VAT. Payment in advance including any applicable freight costs within 14 days of contract conclusion. If payment is not made in full within this period, the seller reserves the right to cancel the purchase contract.

This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages arising from liability for material defects, which are based on gross negligence or willful misconduct by the seller or their vicarious agents, or in the case of injury to life, limb, or health. Any existing warranty claims against third parties will be assigned to the purchaser. Please understand that I cannot accept any liability for compliance with safety regulations, which may be required or generally applicable, for the machine and its components. Compliance with all relevant safety standards is the responsibility of the final operator.

All contracts concluded with me are governed exclusively by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding UN Sales Law (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is agreed to be Mannheim.
