Zerma GST 400/600

The compact inline granulators of the GST series are suitable for use in injection moulding and blow moulding operations. They are designed for recycling, for example, bulky items such as bottles, canisters, crates, sprues and moulded parts. Thanks to their low feed height, the machines can be conveniently loaded with material either by hand or via a small conveyor belt. Low noise emissions and a small footprint make the GST series an ideal solution for inline size reduction.

All GST series machines feature a compact, sound-insulated housing and a noise-dampened feed hopper. The feed hopper can be opened and closed via a gas strut. The compact granulators are available with two rotor diameters (250 mm, 400 mm) and rotor widths ranging from 300 to 1000 mm. Smaller models are equipped with an open F-rotor, while larger models feature the heavier S-rotor. The curved rear wall of the cutting chamber ensures aggressive material infeed and prevents bridging or blockages. Thanks to the modular design, the granulator can be easily upgraded with additional options, such as interchangeable wear plates. As with all ZERMA granulators, the rotor and stator knives are adjustable outside the machine, minimizing maintenance downtime. A setting gauge is included in the delivery. The control cabinet is securely mounted externally on the sound enclosure, with complete internal wiring throughout the system.
