Zimmer & Kreim genius 700 - Retrofit

With the genius 700, you enter a new dimension of die-sinking EDM. High travel speeds and reduced non-productive times ensure particularly fast processing of your orders. The ratio of table size to travel range is unique in its class, allowing for optimum utilization of the working table.

The machine offers by far the greatest dielectric fluid height above the table in its class. Adjusting the dielectric fluid in the infinitely adjustable tank is quick and simple.

The machine features high rigidity thanks to preloaded linear roller guides. The moment of inertia of the C-axis is comparatively high at 0.6 kg/m². It is also equipped with a high-precision measuring system. Even complex EDM processes can be completed economically and with the highest precision on the genius 700. On-the-fly filter changes prevent downtime, while the central lubrication unit shortens maintenance times. The genius 700 can be connected from two sides, providing flexible positioning options. The height-adjustable control panel is ergonomically designed and also allows for seated operation.
