Overview

This combi block consisting of blow moulder, filler, and capper was manufactured by ACMI (Italy). The machine is fully operable at ground level and offers outstanding efficiency with the advantage of a dual-cavity design (one mould = two bottles with up to 70 mm diameter). This results in up to 17% less floor space compared to conventional single-cavity systems with identical output, thereby improving production line accessibility. The increased throughput, especially for smaller formats, enables better utilization of downstream equipment in the production line, translating into an enhanced ROI for the overall investment (100% more output for small formats at less than 36% additional investment costs).

The BLO2FILL ESF 12/120/20 is engineered for the production of PET bottles, along with subsequent filling and capping within a single, integrated system. The machine is suitable for sparkling water, still water, and carbonated soft drinks.
