Agromech M-829

Agromech M-829 Drum Dryer with Stoker for Feeding Wood Chips to the Furnace.

The drum dryer is equipped with a coal furnace adapted for burning wood waste or sawdust briquettes. The entire drying process, including adjustment and control of the drying medium’s temperature, is carried out semi-automatically, overseen by the dryer operator.

THE DRYER CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING MAIN COMPONENTS:
- Coal furnace with thermal insulation, adapted for burning sawdust briquettes and wood waste.
- In-ground slat-chain wet sawdust feeder, equipped with a frequency inverter for smooth and precise dosing of the material to be dried.
- Insulated loading connector.
- Heat-insulated drum dryer, length 9.00 m.
- Discharge chamber for dried material.
- Main cyclone with feeder for dust removal.
- Main fan – centrifugal.
- Dryer control cabinet with temperature monitoring and measurement devices.
- Inclined discharge screw conveyor for dry material.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
1. Nominal dryer capacity (input moisture content of wet sawdust 40–45%, final moisture content 15%): 1,000 kg/h
