Product-contact parts are made from AISI 316L (W. 1.4404) stainless steel, or optionally from Duplex steel, with a standard surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.8 µm. The pump is fitted with three-bladed rotors as standard, with the option for two-bladed rotors to accommodate larger solids. Shaft sealing options include single mechanical seals (R90), double-flushed mechanical seals, or gland packings. Elastomer options are EPDM (standard), with NBR or FPM available on request.

The pump assembly includes an electric motor and gearbox from NORD DRIVESYSTEMS. The motor is a SK 132SP/4 TF model with a power output of 5.50 kW, while the gearbox, a SK 33-132SP/4 TF, features a torque rating of 276 Nm. The motor runs at speeds of 1465 min⁻¹ at 50 Hz and 1770 min⁻¹ at 60 Hz, offering IE3 efficiency of 90.9% and 91.7% respectively. Both motor and gearbox are from 2019 and show minor surface soiling and usage-related wear.

The pump is mounted on a metal base frame equipped with adjustable feet and casters, facilitating mobility and installation. The stainless steel front cover features two threaded pipe connections. The pump housing is painted blue, showing signs of rust and coating wear, while the stainless steel cover exhibits minor water spots and light signs of use but no significant damage. The equipment is currently indoors, positioned on a concrete floor against a wall.
