PAFIX Tapping Head for CNC Machines

• The PAFIX CNC head is specifically designed for all machines with programmable forward and reverse movement to the tool holder (turret, spindle, etc.).
It is extremely compact and equipped with a positive locking release clutch,
which can be set to three different extraction lengths as needed.
• The head can be configured for two different programmed tapping cycles. Both cycles ensure a certain amount of lead compensation (float).
To guarantee error-free tapping with a precise starting point and accurate thread depth or length, no spring-loaded thread lead adjustment or slip clutch for overload is used. The PAFIX CNC allows for quick changes from tapping head to cutting head. Simply unscrew the collet nut and replace it through the cutting head housing.
