APV

Water deaeration (degassing) system for the removal of oxygen from drinking water, manufactured mainly in 1995. The system operates using a two-stage cold deaeration process via CO₂ counter-current stripping and consists of the following components:
- 2 deaeration vessels (arranged in series)
- Vacuum pump with separator
- 70 hl pressure tank (Gross, 2018) for storing deaerated water at up to 4 bar overpressure
- Centrifugal pumps
- CO₂ dosing via needle valve
- Pipe panel, various pipelines, valves, fittings, measuring and control technology
- Control cabinet with Simatic S5 control system

Machine (details): Cold deaeration via CO₂ stripping; year of construction 1995 – 2018
Capacity: 20,000 l/h
Capacity of each deaeration vessel: 285 l; operating overpressure up to 1 bar
Buffer tank capacity: 7,060 l; operating overpressure up to 4 bar
Residual oxygen content approx.: 0.010 – 0.015 mg/l
