Açıklama
VPF Series Vacuum Press designed for PVC foil laminating as well as veneering with natural veneer. Suitable for both small and large production facilities.
The VPF Vacuum Press is fully automated and features three operating modes:
- Automatic mode: After entering operating parameters into the PLC controller, the press automatically performs all steps (heating, pressing, cooling).
- Manual mode: The operator performs all steps manually.
- Membrane mode: Designed for operation with a membrane for veneering and layer bending (also available in automatic mode).

- Pressing of structured surfaces (stone veneer, decorative mats)

- Sturdy, welded frame with powder-coated finish
- Infrared carbon heating system
- Three independently regulated heating zones
- Pneumatic actuators for lifting the heating dome

- Integrated PLC controller enabling automatic operation
