This unit is equipped with a heavy-duty traverse beam with a lifting capacity of 2,000 kg, making it easy to handle even larger big-bags. Included is a lifting beam with electric hoist and remote control, rated for 1,250 kg, ensuring safe and user-friendly lifting and positioning of the big-bags.

For optimal product quality, the system is equipped with a vibrating sieve unit, supplied with two different sieve decks, allowing for flexible use with a variety of products and applications. The installation features two vibrating motors: one on the big-bag saddle and one integrated in the vibrating sieve itself, ensuring optimal vibration.

Behind the sieve, an extraction system with dust filter is installed, effectively minimizing dust emissions during discharge and maintaining a clean working environment.
