- CNC controller "DELEM DA66S": Enables easy, graphical product programming. With the press of a button, the controller calculates the bending sequence and all axis positions (including collision warning), 24" TFT color touchscreen, USB interface, network connection, tool library for 100 punches and dies each. Graphical 2D programming, 2D representation during operation, supports up to 12 axes + auxiliary functions. Includes PC programming software "Profile - TL", remote service (teleservice) via Teamviewer.
- Manual quick clamping system for upper tools, Promecam/AMADA type, with screw lever, safety nose, and plastic pressure strip for secure clamping, including narrow tools. Max. load 100 t/meter.
- Segmented upper tool, "Amada" system, manufacturer Italy, material C 50 (HRC 50-52), induction hardened and ground working surfaces. Capacity: 100 t per meter. Standard delivery: Segments: 3 x 835 mm, horns left and right 100 mm each, remainder in smaller segments. Height 66.6 mm.
