Butter homogenizer / Microfix simplifies the processing and packaging of chilled butter by reducing defrosting time (butter at a temperature of ±4°C can be homogenized with the Microfix; homogenization of butter at lower temperatures depends on the consistency of the butter). Automatic adjustment of the Microfix to the output of the combined packaging machine via push button is possible (not currently installed on the machine). Improves butter quality through ultra-fine water dispersion, resulting in longer shelf life of the homogenized and packaged butter. The spreadability of the butter is also improved. Reduces water loss during packaging operations. The Microfix adapts to the respective butter quality by means of a variable screw conveyor drive, rotors with different numbers of blades (this machine is fitted with a stainless steel rotor with blades), and regulation of the flow rate at the outlet.
