The RD 1600 VARIO radial drilling machine is a professional device designed for drilling holes in metal, wood, and other materials. With its high power and robust construction, it provides fast and precise drilling, even under the most demanding conditions. The powerful 4.0 kW motor is equipped with an inverter and offers a wide speed range of 38–2000 rpm. The arm, drilling headstock, and column feature independent hydraulic clamps, a work table measuring 1740 x 980 mm, automatic spindle feed, cooling system, and motorized elevation of the arm. Drilling capacity: 60 mm, tapping capacity M46.

Standard equipment includes stepless speed control with digital display. High spindle concentricity with automatic brake. The arm, head, and column come with independent hydraulic clamps. Solid base for processing large workpieces. The massive, ground column ensures smooth arm movement. Motorized arm lifting without changing the spindle position allows for series production. Control panel buttons let you lock or unlock the head and column simultaneously or independently. The arm guides are hardened and ground. Proper machine balancing ensures perfect spindle feed.
