We are offering a biomass boiler from the renowned manufacturer Urbas – a top-of-the-line product designed for the combustion of wet biomass – RESERVATION.

The offer includes:
- Set of electrical control cabinets, complete labelled wiring
- Set of pumps and valves, sensors and probes, sensors, thermometers, piping
- Multicyclone (pre-filter for flue gases)
- Hydraulic ash removal system from the boiler
- Hydraulically driven grates and a hydraulic sluice located under the combustion chamber
- Hydraulic fuel feeding system with hydraulic pump, approximately 6 metres long stoker, equipped with automatic fire extinguishing system to prevent backflash
- Lambda sensor in the flue pipe
- Approximately 12 m of horizontal flue pipe
- Set of recirculation fans
- One flue gas fan, controlled via an oven vacuum sensor and temperature control
- Circulation pump, three-way valve and shut-off valves
- Complete documentation of the electrical installation and program description

Optional at extra charge:
1. Push floor system from the fuel storage area, 2 rakes, floor area 3.8 m x 10 m, including hydraulic pump and complete hydraulic hose set.
2. Insulated, double-walled stainless steel chimney, 500 mm internal diameter, approximately 15 m high.
3. Complete dismantling
Including opening and closing of the roof, crane work, loading, and photographic documentation of the dismantling process.
