BITZER CO2 installation & cold room

CO2 refrigeration system & cold storage in good condition, year of manufacture 2021. Cold room temperature approx. +4°C, with an evaporation temperature of -8°C. The system includes the following:

One cold storage chamber with 100 mm panel thickness and an insulation value of RC 5.21. The cold room is fitted with an electric sliding door and three Bachara MGS 450/CO2 gas detectors: one positioned at the machine unit and two installed in the cold room. The chamber temperature is consistently maintained at approx. +4°C.

Advansor MiniBooster 2x1 unit, complete with one low temperature Bitzer 2HSL-3K-40S and two medium temperature Bitzer 4KTE-10K-40S semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors, Klimal RCO 273.108.53.80+WT 17.19 liquid receiver, two Danfoss VLT drives, and a Danfoss MMI control display. Dimensions: 1,000 x 800 x 2,200 mm (LxWxH), weight: 820 kg. The low-temperature circuit is not currently in use, but is available as an option.

Four Delta FMT-7028 evaporators, each with a capacity of 6.3 kW. Each evaporator is equipped with two fans, each with a 350 mm diameter and 3,000 m³/h airflow. Dimensions: 1,370 x 470 x 465 mm (LxWxH).

Eco KCE62M6V.4314 gas cooler with two EBM-Papst A3G630-AR85-90 fans – 50/60 Hz – 0.97 kW – 1,140 RPM – 630 mm diameter each. The gas cooler has a capacity of 50 kW. Weight: 250 kg.
