The divider is new. It was only used as a demonstration unit during trade shows.
PANEOTRAD is a unique and patented process for dividing and shaping pieces of dough. It replaces three machines (divider, moulder, and resting cabinet) and replicates traditional manual shaping. Thanks to three forming dies, it is possible to create up to six different shapes simply by combining the cuts.
With PANEOTRAD, you will be able to ensure high-quality, consistent baked goods, both savory and sweet, regardless of the type of dough: traditional, multigrain, brioche, donuts, shortcrust pastry, etc.
