Exhaust air blower:
Operating speed variable between 2400 rpm - 3500 rpm, suitable for respective application. Driven by auxiliary engine, via reduction gearbox and fluid coupling. Gearbox ratio: 1.79:1

Disc brush:
Quick-release brush system with infinitely variable speed up to 200 rpm (controlled from the cab).

Suction nozzle:
Cast aluminium suction nozzle with 250 mm inlet opening and tool-free adjustment.

Sweeping roller:
Quick-release brush system with a nominal rotational speed of 160 rpm.

Dust suppression system:
Spray nozzles for dust suppression at the suction nozzle(s), disc brush, and across the vehicle front. "Pressadrain" water extraction system.

Electrical system:
24 Volt. All external wiring harness connections rated to IP67 automotive standard.

Controls:
Main control panel centrally mounted in the cab with Johnston Video Monitor (JVM), displaying a wide range of sweeping functions plus downloading of recorded data. Up to four additional cameras (special equipment) can also be monitored via the JVM display. A separate hand rest control for main sweeping functions is mounted on the door side.

Body and hood:
The body comprises the debris container and integrated water tank. Made from high-performance stainless steel plate. The hood is lined with frequency-tuned sound-absorbing material. The water tank includes wave breakers and is filled via an "A" type hydrant filling connection. A double, dry-running protected diaphragm pump runs continuously. Watertight rear door with dual locking system and drainage function. Two side access doors on the body. Insertable body floor as transfer connection for use as a street washer. Rear emptying channel, double rear roof beacons protected by wire cages. Automatic, multi-positional body support mechanism and side-mounted storage lockers are standard features.
