The CapSnap Adapta Series is a modular, integrated system for washing, filling, and capping bottles. It is the ideal solution for medium-sized HOD (Home & Office Delivery) water bottling operations. Designed for flexibility—these machines can be configured for 3-gallon and 5-gallon bottles. This complete system efficiently handles 300–600 BPH (bottles per hour).

Year of Manufacture: 1999 (completely overhauled in 2015 and only 500 operating hours since)

Required Energy Resources: Compressed air 6 bar, power supply 40 kW, rinse water supply 2 bar, and fill water supply
Line Layout:
- Semi-automatic cap remover: Used for removing caps from bottles.
- Infeed conveyor: Bottles are manually placed onto this conveyor.
- Pre-rinse with cold water via nozzles: First washing stage with cold water.
- Wash with warm water and detergent via nozzles: Second washing stage using water at 50°C with detergent.
- Rinse with cold water and disinfectant via nozzles: Final washing stage using cold water and disinfectant.
- Filler outfeed conveyor: Bottles are filled here, two at a time.
- UV filter: Water is filled via a UV filter that is integrated into the bottle’s water inlet.
- Transfer of filled bottles to the capper: Bottles move from the filler to the capping unit.
- Cap disinfection by applying disinfectant to the bottle neck: Caps are disinfected and prepared for closing.
- Cap cylinder: The cap is applied to the bottle here.
- Discharge conveyor: Bottles are manually loaded onto pallets from here.
Each part of this system plays a specific role in the bottling process, together forming a functional, used complete water bottling line.
