Used CFT Oil Filling Monoblock – Comaco 6000 bph – Overview

This used CFT–COMACO RVAR 6/10 + TA/3 is a volumetric monoblock for filling and pressing edible oil. Manufactured in 2008, it is currently in production. It is a proven system for industrial packaging environments looking to expand or upgrade an existing used filling line.

We can sell it as-is (seen and liked) or include modernization and preventive maintenance to prepare the monoblock for production.

Modernization and Preventive Maintenance Measures
To ensure reliability and production readiness, the following modernization measures can be carried out if required:

- Assembly of machine parts at the KBB workshop
- General machine cleaning
- General lubrication (greasing, oil level check, and oil change if necessary)
- Inspection of rubber parts (belts and seals) and replacement if needed
- Machine start-up: verification of circuit integrity and correct operation in manual/automatic mode
- Inspection of availability and integrity of format change parts
