The Citizen Cincom M16 is a high-precision CNC sliding headstock automatic lathe designed for demanding mass production of small and precision components. With a machining diameter up to ø16 mm, a machining length up to 200 mm, and high spindle speeds up to 10,000 rpm, this machine is ideally suited for complex machining operations. The integrated C-axes of both the main and sub spindles enable precise positioning and sophisticated milling and drilling operations.

The machine offers extensive tooling capacity with up to 21 tool positions as well as multiple driven tool stations, allowing even complex machining processes to be completed in a single setup. Generous axis travels and precise feeding increments of 0.001 mm ensure highest production quality with minimal tolerances.

Scope of delivery includes an LNS Express-220 bar feeder (year 2011), which enables automated material feed and significantly increases productivity and process reliability. Various tool holders are also included in the package. The machine is robustly built and designed for continuous industrial operation—ideal for manufacturing watch, medical, electronics, or automotive components.
