The COLUMBUS Pioneer is a professional vacuum or membrane press designed for applications such as vacuum laminated bonding, veneering, coating, and laminating of flat or curved workpieces. Its modular design allows the machine to be tailored to different requirements and is available in various sizes and versions.

Versions/Modular Design:

The COLUMBUS Pioneer features a modular system and is available as BASIC (classic vacuum pressing for veneering, coating, and laminated bonding), HEAT (heating and thermoforming of plastics and solid surface materials), and VERTICAL (processing of taller workpieces and convenient loading/unloading via vertical opening). These modules can be combined or retrofitted as required for the application.
