SIPA blow molding machine and preform handling
The SIPA SFR 12 blow molding machine, manufactured in 2000, initiates the production process. It efficiently manages preforms using a tipper and an elevator-orienter. In addition, the integrated cooling chiller and four mold sets enable the production of bottles in various sizes with precision and flexibility, ensuring smooth operations during the initial production stage.

PROCOMAC monoblock: the heart of the system
The PROCOMAC monoblock combines three critical filling functions within a single system. First, the PROCOMAC GRIPSTAR 2R rinser thoroughly cleans the bottles, preparing them for the filling process. Next, the PROCOMAC FILLSTAR PET filler rapidly and precisely fills the bottles with natural or carbonated mineral water. Finally, the PROCOMAC 10-head PICK & PLACE capper securely and efficiently seals the bottles.

Additionally, the carbonator and the CIP (Clean-In-Place) system ensure compliance with hygiene standards and facilitate maintenance. These additional components not only enhance the efficiency of the monoblock but also ensure reliable performance during production.

Conveying and packaging systems
The PELACCI P.13.8.5 cap elevator supplies the system continuously with closures, preventing interruptions. Furthermore, the PE ROLLMATIC CI 540 12T labeller applies labels accurately on bottles of various formats. Afterwards, the ZAMBELLI LFT 50 shrink packer quickly bundles the bottles, while the COMAG H 55/1 handle applicator attaches handles to the bundles to simplify transport.

The LEVATI ARTIS palletizer arranges the bundles precisely on pallets. The ROBOPAC HELIX HS 30 stretch wrapper securely wraps the load to protect it during transport. Finally, the EIDOS labelling system prints and applies labels directly on the production line, allowing full customization to meet different production requirements.

Conveyors for optimal material flow
The conveyor system ensures efficient material flow throughout all production phases. Specifically, air conveyors quickly move bottles, while custom conveyors seamlessly transfer bundles and pallets between individual sections of the line. This maintains a continuous and smooth workflow, significantly reducing production downtimes.

Current condition and availability
