As-new container office consisting of 3x 20-foot containers from Containex (office container with 40 m² usable space).

Location: Waldhambach, in Alsace, eastern France, 45 km from the Saarland border. If the container office is transferred to Germany, the purchase price is VAT-exempt due to intra-community tax-free delivery.

Hardly used, in excellent condition. Newly purchased and installed in April 2023. Ideally designed, for example, as a reception office for truck deliveries/dispatch on industrial sites.

The container office features two entrance doors. One entrance on the left side, intended for visitors and suppliers, leads to a reception room with a reception desk and a restroom.
The second entrance is for staff and leads to the staff office, also equipped with a reception desk on the right-hand side. There are two workstations behind this desk. Opposite is a third workstation with a reception counter for visitors/suppliers.

Commercial privacy between the visitor/supplier reception area and the staff area is ensured by a lockable internal door.

Additionally, there is a meeting room/canteen with a fitted kitchen adjacent to the staff area.

Viewing is possible at any time.
