The refrigerated compressed air dryer is designed to lower the temperature of compressed air and to remove water and oil particles contained in the flowing air. Refrigerant dryers are essential in applications where humid air could cause corrosion, contamination, or damage to tools, machinery, or products. By removing moisture, the dryer increases the reliability and durability of compressed air systems.
The refrigerated dryer is designed with maximum efficiency and longevity in mind. The main construction components include:
1. Air-to-air heat exchanger
In the first stage, the inlet air passes through a heat exchanger, where it is preliminarily cooled by the colder air exiting the evaporator. The use of counter-current flow enables heat recovery, increasing the overall energy efficiency of the system.
2. Refrigeration system evaporator
In the second stage, the compressed air enters the evaporator, where it is cooled down to a dew point temperature of 3°C. This leads to the condensation of water vapor and oil particles contained in the air.
3. Condensate separator

After cooling, the gas and condensate mixture enters a high-efficiency separator, where condensate is separated and automatically discharged from the device.
4. Fan operation control system
The variable-speed fan technology allows the cooling intensity to be intelligently adjusted to actual demand, reducing energy consumption and increasing component lifespan.
