1.3 Subframe:
Robust lightweight construction made of pressed steel sheets, cleanly welded electrically. Cross beams with deformation-resistant outer frame.
ZIKUN flap swing mechanism.
Continuous side wall, horizontally divided. Lowering the bottom side wall causes the upper wall to swing onto the roof mechanically.
The lever mechanism, supported by a tension spring, is mounted on the front wall. This ensures that no mechanical parts are located in the cargo space or in the corner stanchions. Power transmission via a torsion bar in the roof allows the side walls to be moved easily and smoothly in any position.
Important: When open, the lower side wall stands vertically against the vehicle. At the front wall, a flat, smooth entry without obstructing stanchions.
Upper folding wall sections made of special 25 mm aluminum composite panels.
Central lock on the right and left side wall.
Upper side wall sections do not extend beyond the roof edge when open.
