New batch pasteurizers custom-built on request. Offers new batch pasteurizers for the food and beverage industry. Our BPT series is suitable for the pasteurization of milk, ice cream mix, ice cream fermentation, sauce production, the brewing industry, and more. APPLICATIONS: * Milk processing: Widely used in the dairy industry for pasteurizing milk and dairy products. * Cheese production: Used prior to cheese making to ensure safety. * Ice cream production: Pasteurizes the base mix before it is processed into ice cream. ADVANTAGES OF BATCH PASTEURIZATION: * Cost-effective: Often less expensive than continuous pasteurizers for small to medium-sized operations. * Flexibility: Suitable for small batches or varying products and recipes. * Quality control: Allows for better control of the pasteurization process.

Control panel: Stainless steel control box, operating elements, thermometer controller, agitator ON/OFF, chart recorder;
Heating options: Heating elements, hot water, and steam
Milk pasteurization: 68–75°C
Maximum temperatures: 95°C
Cooling options: Connection to ice storage and circulation of cold water through the jacket; plate cooler connection at the outlet;
Heating time: Between 30 minutes and 1 hour for the BPT100 to BPT500 series with heating elements; BPT600–BPT2000 utilizes hot water or steam heating;
Heat-up time: Between 30 minutes and 1 hour for the BPT100 to BPT500 series with heating elements; BPT600–BPT2000: hot water or steam heating;
Cooling time: 30 to 45 minutes, depending on cooling temperature; plate cooler at 30 minutes standard;
Structure: Stainless steel 316L and 304, triple jacketed with insulation;
Agitation: Slow stirring with double supports on two different levels; high-shear mixing for ice cream;

Cleaning: Internal spray ball for thorough cleaning through circulation of hot water and food-grade chemicals;
Automation: We offer full automation of our batch pasteurizers, covering the entire cycle from heating to cooling. Additional charges apply for automation.
