DEBAG Monsun S5 - 800

Debag Monsun S5/800 rack oven, suitable for 1 rack trolley (60/80 cm), equipped with Monsun Pro 100 control unit, year of manufacture 10/2014, in fully operational "bakery condition". The ovens were in daily use until the end of March 2026. They operate using the patented Debag Monsun principle (no rotation of the rack trolley), delivering superior baking atmosphere and first-class baking results. Features minimal space requirement, high occupancy density, and powerful steam generation.

A total of 3 identical ovens are available, along with approximately 30 rack trolleys each with 18 shelves—tailored for use with these ovens. Package sale is preferred, attractive package pricing available upon request.
