This filter utilizes a system with horizontal discs, which is unique in ensuring the integrity of the filter cake even after an unexpected interruption in the filtration process. The filter cake remains unaffected even in the event of operator error or power failure. At the end of operation, the liquid contained in the bell, dosing unit, and pipelines is perfectly filtered by a specially designated filter disc. The filter pack is designed so that it can be easily cleaned with an ordinary water jet using the included chute. The entire construction, including the feed pump, pipelines, valves, and mobile frame, is made of stainless steel. Complete system for dosing diatomaceous earth with piston metering pump and stainless steel storage tank featuring an integrated electric agitator. Control panel, equipped with all operating and safety features required for safe and reliable operation.
