For sale: Complete production line based on Di Più BRIK MB100 briquetting press (complete production line).

Completely overhauled DI PIU BRIK MB100 machine (factory-refurbished in 2025), ready for immediate operation. The machine is designed for high-performance briquetting, suitable for demanding industrial applications.

The machine has approximately 2,000 operating hours.
It has been recently factory-refurbished at Di Più, with all vital parts replaced, including wiring, electrics, and all required electrical equipment. The machine is therefore in as-new condition and comes with a 6-month factory warranty from Di Più.

The press can produce briquettes with or without a central hole, 90mm to 110mm in diameter, from both softwood and hardwood, either round or square.

The Di Più BRIK MB100 mechanical briquetting press is an automatic machine for compressing wood, sawdust, and other waste materials into wood briquettes.

Ideal input material moisture: 8 – 12 %, particle size: 1 – 12 mm.

The machine is supplied with all necessary accessories for complete operation and integration into a briquetting line. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT – MB100:
- Dosing silo: Made of robust steel construction, diameter 1500 mm, height 1000 mm. Comes with an integrated rotary cutter with 2.2 kW gear motor, mounted on a solid steel frame. Material feeding is controlled by a level sensor.
- Briquette cooling line after extrusion, total length 20 meters
- Automatic saw for briquette cutting
- Saw automatically cuts briquettes to lengths preset by the operator.
- Device for production of briquettes with center hole
- Head cooling system for the press using chilled water
- The system produces 50 liters/minute of chilled water for effective head cooling.
- Air-cooled water chiller with hermetic scroll compressors, microprocessor control, and large energy storage tank containing an immersed water–refrigerant heat exchanger.
- High-efficiency “fin-pack” heat exchanger made of copper tubes with aluminum fins.
- 800-liter water storage tank
- Water supply pump (50 l/min – 20 m H2O – 0.55 kW) with three-way DN25 valves for regulating cooling water temperature at the briquetting head.
- Digital electronic temperature controller with NTC sensor (measuring element d.6 × 52 mm, IP68, AISI 316).
