Di Piu BRIK MB100

Completely overhauled DI PIU BRIK MB100 machine (factory-refurbished in 2025), ready for immediate operation. This machine is designed for high-capacity briquetting, suitable for demanding industrial applications.

The machine has approximately 2,000 operating hours.
It has been newly refurbished at the Di Piu factory, with all vital components, cables, wiring, and necessary electrical equipment replaced. The machine has been restored to a like-new condition and comes with a 6-month factory warranty from Di Piu.

The machine can produce briquettes with or without a central hole, in diameters ranging from 90 mm to 110 mm, from both softwood and hardwood, in round or square shape.

Viewing of the machine is possible at the factory in Italy: Di Più Systems Srl, Via dell’Innovazione 11, 36042 Breganze (VI), Italy.

The Di Piu BRIK MB100 mechanical briquetting press is an automatic machine for compressing wood, sawdust, and other waste materials into wood briquettes.

The machine is supplied with all necessary accessories for complete operation and integration into a briquetting line: MB100 EXTRA EQUIPMENT:
- Dosing silo: Made from heavy-duty steel construction. Diameter: 1,500 mm, height: 1,000 mm. Equipped with a rotary cutter with a 2.2 kW geared motor, mounted on a robust steel frame. Material feed is controlled by a level sensor.
- Post-extrusion briquette cooling line, total length 20 meters
- Automatic saw for cutting briquettes
- The saw automatically cuts briquettes to operator-preselected lengths.
- Device for producing briquettes with a hole
- Machine head cooling system with ice water
- The system produces 50 liters/minute of ice water for efficient briquetter head cooling.
- Air-cooled water chiller with hermetic scroll compressors, microprocessor control, and a large energy storage tank containing a submerged water–coolant heat exchanger.
- The heat exchanger is a high-efficiency "fin-pack" type, made of copper tubes and aluminium fins.
- Water tank with 800-liter capacity
- Water supply pump (50 l/min – 20 m.w.c. – 0.55 kW) with three-way DN25 valves for adjusting coolant temperature at the briquetter head.
- Digital electronic temperature controller connected to an NTC sensor (measurement element d.6 × 52 mm, IP68, AISI 316).
