Brewing system with a cast wort volume of 20 hl, consisting of the following components:

1. Milling unit (Joh. Albrecht, 2000, 500 kg/h) with mill, malt hopper, floor scale, grist conveyor, and control cabinet
2. 3-vessel compact brewhouse with insulated stainless steel vessels featuring copper cladding, inclined rake station, and control cabinet
3. Fermentation and storage cellar with 4 x open fermenters (Joh. Albrecht, 1999, 25 hl), 1 x fermentation tank (Nerb, 2002, 50 hl, 0.99 bar), 5 x storage tanks (Joh. Albrecht, 1999, 44 hl, 0.99 bar), and 6 x storage tanks (Joh. Albrecht, 1999, 22 hl, 0.99 bar). All tanks equipped with double jackets for cooling.
4. Bright beer cellar with 2 x bright beer tanks (Speidel, 2021, 86 hl, 3 bar), 1 x bright beer tank (INOX, 2018, 67 hl, 3 bar), and 4 x bright beer tanks (Joh. Albrecht, 1999, 12 hl, 2.5 bar). All tanks are jacketed and suitable for cooling.
5. Keg cleaning and filling system (BTB Multimat MT/2, 1997, 17–20 kegs/hour)
6. Refrigeration unit for producing ice water (Joh. Albrecht, 1999, cooling capacity 14.5 kW)
7. Steam generator with soft water treatment (Jumag, 2000, 224 kg/h steam output, oil-fired)
8. 40 hl hot water tank (Joh. Albrecht, 1999), heatable, with control cabinet
