CNC Milling Machine BudgeCraft: Compact, high-precision machining center (accuracy 0.01 mm). Assembled in the Netherlands, this CNC milling machine complies with the EG2023 EUROPE CE-Standard.

Milling Motor – ATC Spindle:
- Toolholder: ISO-BIESSE
- Inverter-controlled spindle motor. 3-axis controlled, 3,000–24,000 rpm. Dual linear high-precision guides ensure optimal accuracy. The second Z-axis is positioned via ballscrew, enabling 3D and relief machining. Tools are clamped automatically. Spindle sensors verify correct tool clamping and release. During each tool change cycle, both the cones and spindle are pneumatically cleaned.

Drive System – Brushless Servo Motors:

Automatic Tool Length Measurement:
- Ensures accurate tool calibration.

Spindle Protective Cover:
- Essential safety feature shielding the spindle motor against debris and foreign objects. Extends motor lifespan and enhances workplace safety.

CNC Safety Protocol / CE EG2023-EUROPEO compliant:
- Optical-electronic safety system halts machine operation immediately if a person enters the protected area, thus preventing injury from machine movements.
