With a working radius of 1200 mm, the CR12A meets the demands of heavy-duty picking, packing, palletising, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster deployment
The CR12A features the industry’s first dual-channel end-effector design, allowing for direct connection to multiple end-of-arm tools. It is also equipped with a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive detection of operating status.

Expanded possibilities with high payload and large working envelope.
The CR12A offers a working radius of 1200 mm and a maximum payload of 12 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR12A operates with increased stability and up to 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 interface connectors for increased flexibility
The CR12A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and can be seamlessly integrated with PLC systems. It provides 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN circuits, facilitating easy expansion of applications.

High protection level for safe collaboration.
The robot arm and control unit are rated to IP54 protection. In case of overload, the robot will automatically trigger an alarm. The CR12A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system, which reduces the end-of-arm tool's drop distance in the event of a power failure.
