Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CR series, the CR3A surpasses the load limit of 3 kg and thus opens up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 620 mm, the CR3A meets the demands of heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

User-Friendly Design for Faster Implementation
The CR3A features the industry's first dual-channel end effector design, enabling direct connection to multiple end tools. It is also equipped with a visual status indicator on the base for intuitive monitoring of the operating state.

Greater Possibilities with High Payload and Large Working Radius
The CR3A offers a working radius of 620 mm and a maximum payload of 3 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR3A operates more stably and has 50% less residual vibration during emergency stops.

24 Interface Ports for Increased Flexibility
The CR3A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols, allowing seamless integration with PLCs. It is equipped with 24 digital I/O ports and provides industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN circuits for easy application expansion.

High Level of Protection for Safe Collaboration
The robot housing and control unit have a high protection class of IP54. In the event of an overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. Additionally, the CR3A is equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake safety system, which reduces the drop height of the end tool in case of a power failure.
