Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CR series, the CR5A surpasses the 5 kg payload limit, opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 900 mm, the CR5A meets the requirements of heavy-duty picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding for the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster deployment
The CR5A features the industry's first dual-channel end effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end-of-arm tools. It also includes a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive monitoring of the operating status.

Greater versatility with high payload and large reach.
The CR5A offers a working radius of 900 mm and a maximum payload of 5 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR5A operates more stably and, during rapid emergency stops, exhibits 50% less residual vibration.

24 interface ports for increased flexibility
The CR5A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and integrates seamlessly with PLC systems. It is equipped with 24 digital I/O ports and offers industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN switching, making system integration and expansion straightforward.

High level of protection for safe collaboration.
The robot arm and the controller both offer a high protection rating of IP54. In the event of an overload, the robot triggers an automatic alert. The CR5A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system that reduces the drop height of the end tool in the event of a power failure.
