Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CR series, the CR7A surpasses the payload limit of 7 kg and thus opens up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 800 mm, the CR7A meets the requirements of heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metal processing industries.

User-friendly design for faster implementation
The CR7A is equipped with the industry's first dual-channel end effector design, which can be directly connected to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive recognition of the operating state.

More possibilities with high payload and large radius.
The CR7A offers a working radius of 800 mm and a maximum payload of 7 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR7A operates with greater stability and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 interface ports for enhanced flexibility
The CR7A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and can be seamlessly integrated with PLCs. It is equipped with 24 digital I/O ports featuring industry-leading support for PNP and NPN circuits for easy application expansion.

High protection level for safe collaboration.
The robot housing and control unit achieve a high protection rating of IP54. In the event of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR7A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection that reduces the drop height of the end tool in the event of a power failure.
