Reliable and clean slag removal with slag hammer brushes
EdgeRacer the Grinder effortlessly removes slag deposits formed underneath during plasma or oxy-fuel cutting. The disc brushes are set to almost touch the bottom of the workpiece. Steel pins then effectively knock off the slag.

Powerful deburring and precise edge rounding
EdgeRacer® the Grinder easily removes stubborn punching burrs as well as laser beads/splatter. You can also adjust the brush settings to precisely control the edge rounding performance.

Deburring and edge rounding of thin sheets and 3D components
Deburr thin sheets or sheets with cutouts efficiently. The grinding brushes can even be set below transport level, ensuring the entire workpiece edge is processed. Oxide discs allow for the removal of oxide layers from both internal and external contours.

Full working width or double performance – optimally adapted to your requirements

Depending on the width of the parts to be processed, you can select between two processing modes. Choose single-row processing to utilize the full working width, whether for wide parts or for parallel feeding. For optimal tool wear management, the brushes automatically change their position. For narrower workpieces, select the double-row processing mode, achieving double the processing result in just one pass.
