Function description:
The hot knife system enables precise and clean separation of the film from the sheet edge after lamination, regardless of the material type. The integrated Scatec correction laser ensures real-time sheet position monitoring and automatic adjustment of the cutting position, providing perfect film alignment to the print edge. This solution minimizes errors and increases process repeatability, even at high production speeds.
