The elumatec successor center SBZ608 is designed for reinforcement screwing, drilling, and milling of profile blanks for window, door, and façade construction, with or without steel reinforcement. Constructed in a gantry design for large profile cross-sections and process-optimized throughput. The workflow is from right to left. Infeed with a motor-driven gripper. Lifting function for seamless loading of the infeed magazine. Profiles are guided on rollers to ensure the protection of both the profile and protective film. Parts are transported out via a discharge table. Industrial PC with Windows operating system. Barcode scanner.
