ROTATHERM chamber washing systems are used across all sectors of industry and trade for cost-effective cleaning of a wide variety of items and materials.

The parts are cleaned in a similar manner to a dishwasher. Placed inside a wire mesh basket, they are washed from all sides inside the closed unit using a hot alkaline spray. The machine is started after presetting the temperature and wash duration. A centrifugal pump circulates the cleaning solution through the nozzle system, which simultaneously rotates the basket. (Alternative: electric motor-driven basket)

After cleaning is complete, the unit switches off automatically. Parts can also be removed earlier—if the lid is lifted, the pump automatically shuts down.

ROTATHERM chamber washing systems are available at short notice in various sizes and configurations, and can be modified to meet specific requirements on request. Cleaners based on aqueous solutions are generally used, but solvents can also be utilized in our cleaning machines. If needed, the systems can be supplied in explosion-proof versions.
