The patented folding and stapling system ensures precise positioning of the staples. • Processing capacity: up to 25 sheets at 80 g/m² • Paper formats: minimum 105 × 210 mm / maximum 325 × 450 mm • Standard processing possible with flat or loop staples • Up to four stapling heads can be installed; the machine is supplied with 2 stapling heads. • Equipped with lateral and vertical jogger functions • Conveyor belt with roller guides ensures smooth and trouble-free paper feed • Adjustable clinchers ensure staples are flush and flat with the booklet • Before front trimming, the booklet is pressed to achieve a neat and sharp fold • The front trim is executed precisely parallel to the fold line of the booklet • Includes adjustable shingle delivery tray for optimal stacking of the finished product.
