The S 350 W Herb Cutting Machine

This machine is designed for cutting both fresh and dried herbs. It offers a wide range of applications and is ideal for processing lemongrass, mint, parsley, chamomile, St. John's wort, mountain tea, and similar herbs.

Wide Range of Cutting Sizes: Thanks to precision blades and an efficient herb feeding system into the cutting zone, as well as flexible control of both the conveyor belt speed and knife rotation speed, the desired cut length can be adjusted from a few millimeters up to 10 cm. The machine is equipped with two conveyors stacked on top of each other. The upper conveyor is movable and inclined to feed the herbs into the cutting zone and compress them during cutting. The cutting area consists of a rotating blade (with two or three cutting arms) and two counter blades.

Electronic Control:
Both conveyor belts have electronic speed controls to adjust the cut size of the herbs. Speed is regulated via a frequency inverter. Settings are made using a potentiometer, and set values can be read on a display.
