EVT GIGANT Vapor Degreasing System – For Large, Heavy, and Voluminous Components

This system is ideally suited for the reliable removal of oils and oily residues from metal parts using a vapor degreasing process. The generously sized work basket allows for high throughput rates.

As this design does not feature a flood wash of the process chamber, the required solvent fill volume remains comparatively low despite the large chamber size – a clear advantage in terms of cost-efficiency and operating expenses.

The freely programmable PLC control enables precise adaptation to a wide range of cleaning and degreasing processes as well as specific production demands. For maximum system uptime, the online remote maintenance developed in cooperation with SIEMENS, along with an efficient online service, is included.

The used plant is in excellent technical condition and can be inspected and tested by arrangement at our technical center in D-75447 Sternenfels.
