Overview
This FAMIX-Falterbaum 20000TD premix system, manufactured in 2000, is a fully automatic plant for mixing and carbonating beverages, designed for the continuous dosing, mixing, degassing, and carbonation of beverage components prior to filling. The system is suitable for the production of mixed and carbonated drinks using ingredients such as water, syrup, and CO₂. It is configured as a compact stainless steel skid with integrated tanks, pumps, valves, pipework, instrumentation, and control cabinet. The premix unit has a capacity of approx. 22,000 l/h and includes two vertical stainless steel pressure vessels, which can be used for product degassing, buffering, and carbonation. The liquid flow is managed via automated pneumatic valves and a manual stainless steel pipe connection panel, allowing flexible piping arrangements for production and CIP (Cleaning in Place) operations. The machine is operated via an integrated FAMIX control cabinet, mounted directly on the skid. The stainless steel piping is equipped with inline measuring technology for process monitoring, such as Brix, flow, or density control. The system is ideal for beverage manufacturers requiring precise, continuous beverage preparation prior to the filling process.
