* Second blasting with corundum for optimum adhesion of the coating system
* HRM metallization of the entire chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) for best corrosion protection
* Final coating: 2 layers of 2K topcoat, single color in RAL 3002 Carmine Red according to the RAL 841GL system
* Rear end metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (Pure White)
* Wheels painted silver grey
* Paint system tested by salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS
* Cavities sealed with special wax
* No metallic paint possible
