Feed trough with screw conveyor (level controlled) for 100% regrind or blending, feed screw with agitation paddle and color dosing, frequency converter controlled
Buffer silo for film with agitator and frequency-controlled rotary valve, as well as feeder into the stuffing unit with load monitoring and reverse operation (adjustable)
RCP horizontal stuffing unit 15 A for film and regrind, frequency converter controlled.
Extruder 120 mm - 38 L/D - vacuum degassing (water ring)
Year of construction 1996 – new screw in 2026 / new heaters / new cooling fan
180 kW DC (frequency inverter 180 kW as replacement)
Kitech laser screen with 60 mesh – diameter 350 mm
