New, innovative DCS system with 5 preset cutting speeds for the most common materials. Additionally, the band speed can be manually and continuously adjusted. A load indicator shows the motor load to minimize motor damage, potential saw blade breakage, and deviations in the cut caused by excessive pressure. The reverse saw blade rotation (NG system) allows for cutting speeds up to 40% faster than traditional machines. The patented slip clutch prevents over-tensioning of the saw blade. A cutting line laser makes precise positioning of the material easier. Despite a large cutting range of 110x85 mm, the machine is very lightweight at only 17 kg. The saw frame and base plate are made of die-cast aluminum, ensuring significant weight reduction. The vice, cast directly into the base plate, provides maximum precision. Miter adjustment from 0 to 45° and adjustable blade guides enable versatile applications and accurate cuts.
