The model is equipped with a swiveling arm (0-60°), and the saw guides are made with carbide inserts. The frame construction ensures accurate and quiet operation. Gedpsudi Unsfx Aa Ejbi Machine features: The horizontal metal band saw with a swiveling arm allows cutting perpendicular to the axis of the material as well as at any angle from 0 to 60°. The material can be fed either manually or by any mechanical device, while the saw feed is automatic. The blade guides are fitted with special carbide plates and bearings, which have a significant effect on the blade guidance, durability, straightness, precision, and cutting quality. Carbide guides greatly reduce machine and blade wear. The machine is equipped with an efficient coolant pump in a closed-loop system. The band saw arm is made from a single cast iron piece. Along with the 27 mm wide cutting blade used in this saw, it enables batch cutting of both profiles and solid materials. The vise is mounted on an adjustable bed and features a quick-release clamp. The blade guides are fitted with carbide inserts and roller bearing system. It is precisely the CARBIDE INSERT GUIDES that are responsible for precision and straightness of the cut. The arm is equipped with an automatic blade tension sensor and is inclined at a 25-degree angle, which increases blade life.
